I'll be stateside soon. Still not sure what system I want in my truck, but I have my handheld and if I can hit some repeaters you will be my first contact. I tried with the Handheld here, but no one on Kwaj can receive me without a boost.

It would be a lot easier if you upgraded to General. However, as a tech you have 10m privileges. Pick up one of the Radioddity QT40s that way you'd have 10m and CB.
