I inconsistently follow Weight Watchers. When I follow the program it works and I lose weight but lately I follow it, then stop following it, then go back to it.
I'm hoping to get back on track with the WW program and not fall off it again, at least not anytime soon lol
I like to switch between paper tracking my WW eating and exercising and using the WW app. I'm in a paper mood so I'm starting my 2025 tracking with a planner.
