WW Ranch Pro National Race Vlog - Best I've Felt all Year

Sometimes the results don't reflect the speed, and that was certainly the case this weekend in Jacksonville. Want to give a massive thank you to the guys over at Race Tech and Michael Lindsay for helping me out with some killer suspension this weekend! We'll get redemption this weekend at The Wick.

If this was year two to three and you were getting unlucky with practices etcetera, it would suck. This is the first year you are really in it and the best year to have bad luck. Maybe next year will be clean and all lined up for you practice wise and conditions wise. You’ll have your suspension all dialed, your racecraft will be honed from learning through the issues this year, and you’ll be stronger overall. Get the bad luck out of the way now. You make that 250 look like an 85, keep up the good effort!, practice to learn track, qualifying and race is what counts, no medals for being fast in practice, focus on your mental prep, don’t get down on yourself early, practice is that, you are building, going back to the 250 while better setup is still starting the season again, you have to learn to be uncomfortable with being uncomfortable keep the goal In mind but baby steps each race. Get hard not down mentally. You have the skills, rest is mental. Totally bummed for you, but it’s all a learning process and will make you stronger, I’m sure you hear that all the time. Pretty weak that Southwick and now Florida have super smooth tracks for the B practice but hey that's how it goes. I know you're not bitching and moaning, but man 3 second differences is WHACK. It's just really not fair. Dude so your family... if you're on a plane... they go "Do we have a pilot on the plane?" Boom, the Walkers have you covered. "Do we have a doctor on the plane?" Boom, the Walkers have you covered. I need to travel with you guys for peace of mind. Bummer on the crash in the LCQ dude. But proud of you for continuing to rip and finish up the race. Myself and all us viewers will be behind you no matter your finishes and results, we have your back and you have our support. Keep your head held high and attack Southwick next weekend (maybe you'll be in B practice based on this week and you'll qualify in easily?)!

There's a lot of good to take away from the Florida round, Jeff- you've got super equipment pretty much dialed in, the support team is all there, your raw speed and fitness also. I was watching the racing on TV, looking for you and when I didn't see you in the main, I figured you either crashed or had bike issues, because your practice vid the other day, you had really good flow and speed. glad you didn't get hurt! it's a bummer, but that's racing! we all take a soil sample from time to time. except for me...I raced mx for years...and never..not once...crashed. yep...mmm hmm...that's my story and I'm sticking to it... ;-)

Bummer about the LCQ crash. I found the more friends (and especially family) I had there, the worse luck I had! Anyway, you never let on how your lap times were after the crash in terms of comparison...? I played that game a lot when I raced the nationals. It's the only salvation when your a 50/50 to even qualify :)

That bike makes all of its power through to over rev , it needs to be on the rev limiter .... he is riding it just how it needs to be ridden . It literally makes dog shit power down low , ask me I own one .
