I cannot even believe anyone would have an issue with how YOU want to eat ! So confusing ! There is nothing wrong with wanting to eat cleaner! I’m on WW and can absolutely take your ideas and fit them in my points . I’m using WW to be more aware of how much I’m eating . I do intend to get away from fat-free and sugar - free products at some point . Baby steps for me ! I’ve been with you awhile and no matter what you’re doing I’m going to support it 💙

I love how honest you are about where you are! I think the goal of WW (at least to me) is to get you on a good track so you can learn how to eat properly and eventually can get to a point where you don't need to track anymore because you know how to eat intuitively for your body!

Very filling!! I made your recipe the Taco Wontons!! They were a huge hit Superbowl Sunday. Thank you for that! Yep! I love Bobby’s channel, too. I’ve been working on “cleaning up” our diets now over the last 6 months or so. I came back to WW when they introduced the purple plan because it’s much easier for me to eat whole foods based. I try to show a lot of that on my channel so people see you can work this plan and not eat all the “diet” food (sugar free, fat free, etc).

We are back on ww but have always focused on real food partially because I’m allergic to a lot of the sugar substitutes and fat free stuff creeps me out and tastes awful lol. I was shocked when I started going to KZbin for info and found a ton of junk food as recommendations but it’s nice to have stuff here and there that is shelf stable and easy to keep in the car. I feel like ww is a wonderful simple tool but like anything else can be misused. Cucumber and ranch vs sugar free pudding are both the same points but one of them is obviously a lot better for you. That being said, knowing how to keep some junk in your life while losing weight is a great tool for making a life long change vs something you can’t sustain. You just have to keep from going too far down the low point junk food path!

That's so exciting! I just watched the first 7 minutes (so far) but when I lost a bunch of weight on WW I felt just like you. At first, I just ate whatever as long as I stayed within my points. But I think it is normal at some point (after losing a good amount of weight) to feel like maybe being healthier in your choices is the way to go. Losing weight energizes you in that way. Now I have found a new joy in cooking by trying out new things. I know how to make my own pasta, my own tortillas, how to make chicken broth and my own yogurt. And it's so much fun and so exciting to know you can make these things yourself. And when you know how to make them, you will automatically make better choices when you buy the prepackaged stuff because you know what good tastes like and what should be in it. (It will also ruin you to some prepackaged stuff lol)

I'm so excited to see your recipe ideas using cleaner/less processed ingredients! That's been one of the harder things for me on WW is that many recipes and snack food ideas include sugar free and fat free and specialty "diet" foods, and I personally just don't enjoy eating that way or find it healthy and sustainable for me in the long term. I’m glad I’m not the only one who doesn’t count blended fruit. I’m like screw that, fruit is fruit. 😂🤷🏻♀️

I honestly didnt even know i was supposed to count blended fruit differently till i saw it on a food rebel video. I always just tracked it as fruit....because it is the same fruit if i chew it or if my blender chews it LOL

I love spaghetti squash. Can’t wait to try your recipe. Trying to ww and eat as clean as possible. Love to Hutch! Did you get him as a kitten?

Love, love, love spaghetti squash! I’ve made something very similar to what you did with it & I like it even better than regular pasta. I want to research how to freeze it since it’s still in season so I can enjoy it year round. Let me know if you have any ideas about that. Great video!
