I GET it. and, I too, am lazy. and love to think of all the weight lost if I would have just stuck to it. ugh. and spending money on things that I *think* will help me and then not even using it. i totally get it. we got this. we can do this. sending you love, girlie!!! 🩷

I think the feeling is far more universal than we realize!! Social media is a very skewed version of the world and I think makes it even easier for us to find insecurities in ourselves based on who and what we see online but I’m really glad I ended up posting💓💓 it’s okay to feel that way and it’s totally normal! But we push forward and keep moving and you’re SO right, progress over perfection always!!

The fact that you have upped your workouts and eating habits and stuck with it for 4 months is winning!!! You are doing great. I agree walking is so amazing for health. I do formal workouts 5 days a week and walk 45-60 mis each day as well. I make it my "me" time where I listen to podcasts, books, or watch tv (if on the treadmill). That motivates me and it is fun! I am a long time watcher and first time commenter. Love your videos and am always happy to see the cat 😊

Cook up some ground beef and drain it then cook the left over cabbage in with the meat, covered until it gets soft, then with the lid off to evaporate the water from the cabbage then just add a sprinkle of shredded cheese, cheddar or Colby Jack, that’s one of my favorite easy meals! Just needs a little salt and pepper and it all done in like 20 minutes

I miss going to Trader Joe’s since I moved to North Carolina. It’s a 45 minute ride an hour with traffic and there’s always traffic. I’m always happy when I see the kitty.

walking is definitely a workout. It has done wonders for me and my family, it is way underrated. I love your 1hr a day walk goal. I personally do this and it works not only physically but mentally as well. PS, I always feel off about my body and appearance prior to my period and my OCD becomes next level

My arms are also disproportionately big! And the plus side is I think they’re stronger than a lot of women’s but then it’s like they’re even bigger with muscle underneath and fat around it 😆 You’re doing great, and thank you for being honest about the struggle

Girlllll YES!!! I was my smallest when we moved in together and maintaining felt impossible, i quickly gained about 30’pounds back from the initial 60 i lost. Even trying to lose these 10 pounds this year has been so so hard but I think the wedding coming has really helped keep the motivation up this time!!

My app doesn’t show the right amount down either. I use Lose It too. I think it goes off of the very first weight you ever put in maybe. I just went in to the weight section and hit “edit” and you can change the start date to whenever you want so that it will show how much you’ve lost since the start that you’re wanting to start from. Hopefully that makes sense!

Remember that muscle weighs more than fat! If you've never lifted weights consistently before, I'll tell you not seeing that scale move messed my head up too. But pics and measurements will do a world better for you. Your body's still changing even if the scale isn't.
