An amazing collection & your restorations on all of your helmets are correct. There are plenty of reference books on German helmets out there. Unfortunately there are plenty people out there who do not do the research. Their ignorance is what hurts the hobby in every respect. Your grandfather's paintings are fantastic! My grandpa was born in 1937 the Netherlands and he had 3 brothers, but he was the only one that came out. And his dad was a post man and was caught by the Germans, but he was really fast on his bike so he escaped and joined the military and became a soldier. He was a general and he made it out of the war, but he died about 29 years ago, but we will never forget his loss for the good soldier/person he was.

Truly amazing ! I also had family in the resistance (Luxembourgish resistance) and I had a grand oncle who was drafted in the german army and served on the eastern front. He came back alive, after he passed away several years ago, we where cleaning his old house and I found an old stinky plastic bag with old papers inside which probably was gonna be thrown away since no one cared. I looked inside and I found a $hit load of feldpost he sent to his family and there where also some cool pics of him in uniform. I just cant read his handwriting very well 😅

You should make a video about these things and maybe add a photo of what’s written. If the feldpost are written in the old German script I may be able to translate them for you.

I really liked your collection, and the knowledge of all the different helmets. I like the machine guns, p-38, and German flags. There was so much I liked. Anything I tryed to collect in my youth was stolen and to this day I have nothing.

The door opening is scary and I belive itd definitely real paranormal. I had a simalr experience where my helmets where out of place, bullets and books fell of the shelf in the middle of the night. Also I was in the group where they were discussing your helmet restoration and o my god they really hate you and its so stupid because they think you destroy history and guess what they don't even watch your channel.
