This episode wasn’t my favourite. Would rather have no episode this week. As comments are saying, they should of told Tempest the basics. This was kinda petty and sabotaging for pete. Even though the episode was watchable it wasn’t very entertaining to watch things right before the ppv week be ruined for pete. Im with most people here in that the week should have been missed or get someone who knows the basics of the game. Especially with the class stuff.

There's literally no balance in place for if someone needs genuine help on this show - Tempest wanted to continue, but since Luke couldn't look at the screen, it had to be handled in the most awkward possible way. If there is a penalty at all next week for Pete and then Pete loses the season, it'll be an incredibly sour season.

I think Tempest should have had help from Luke, not on what decisions to make, but just on how the game works, and maybe give him additional time. This really doesn't seem fair. Could have also had Tempest aware during Luke's booking since his booking decisions are already made and he's not coming back next week.

I'm surprised how many comments seem positive of this episode honestly. Like, objectively, bit of a disaster between technical issues for more than half the video so the main focus was just on Luke working very hard to beat someone who had zero idea or investment in what was going on, and Pete being sick forcing said someone to be involved, most of us would've understood skipping a week. Not to mention that an incredibly debilitating Power Card had been used on said person with no experience. It wasn't a major fan difference but if Pete can't ever get back this victory it'll genuinely be a ruiner for the whole season. Fingers crossed there's a good counter-response next episode, and fingers double-crossed they don't just double down on more bad times for Pete.

They haven't, it's just that they make these episodes in advanced and rewatch it if there are any problems afterwards. Wasn’t Luke’s problem in episode 1 not that he hadn’t booked a full card, but that he didn’t want heel King Naks and heel Lesnar to have a match. So he tried to do a face vs heel, but still ended up with a heel vs heel match.

This was *incredibly* unfair to Pete. And Tempest for that matter. This mode requires planning, so having someone jump in that, not only doesn't know Pete's roster or plans, but also doesn't know the game in general, is a massive unbalancing and feels like an outright punishment for him being sick. Didn't even get any help in understanding how to control the game or what anything means.

Ngl it also seemed like he just flat out didn't enjoy it. By the end he looked like that guy you see at parties who came along for one of his own friends, who has since kinda found another group. He'll try and socialise but he isn't invested. I would've hated sitting there for about ~30mins plus whatever else for preparation, not really sure what I'm doing, halfway through basically getting to watch back my own stupid decisions and lack of understanding compared to someone who has understanding of this game, and then getting loudly celebrated at because I lost. A lot of comments are asking for him back, and if he had fun sure, but if this was just kinda padding out time in the day for him then find literally any of the other wrestling nerds you know who probably could do this.

I just saw something I didn't like and expressed why I didn't like it. The difference between this episode and the first one is you had a show booked, and Vince'd the booking last minute and had to go over time for it. Tempest hadn't played the game at all and had to learn: 1. how to go through the menus 2. book the show 3. some of the buttons on the PS4 controller. All under 7 minutes.
