In the description I state you have to go to Walmart and buy a Monday night wars figure in the US to get a code for the Elite rock persona card my code was only a one time use just to show how to unlock him. I apologize if I misguided but I put all the info in the description

@@mohdirakirana I messaged 2K and they said that you HAVE to purchase one of the Elite Monday Night War Series 3 action figures from Walmart which are Rob Van Dam, Booker T, Stevie Ray, and The Rock. Those are the ONLY 4 figures that the locker code will come with
