Here are my thoughts on some updates we can see for WWE 2K24 Universe Mode! It has been as what some call "mid" this year..Hope we see some hefty improvements soon!

100% need to be able to add the crazy storylines of the WWE as its a game past and present. I want to inflict some crazy attitude eras stories to modern wrestling.

Bro you hit the nail on the head on so many things. Universe is missing dynamic storytelling. After so many years you'd think they would catch on. On one hand you have so many limitations within the mode. Like every cutscene involves around the ring. Anyone whos watched pro wrestling knows that weekly storylines happen in the backstage area as well. We still have no backstage cutscenes to choose from. No locker room cutscenes, parking lot etc. It's as if these guys dont watch wrestling at all. I'd rather pick my rivalry then watch a story unfold. Promos weren't done properly in 2k in the past. But they helped with adding more to the story. Instead of match after match and cutscene before or after. Overall it's a boring mode.

Just go back and watch the WWE 12 cutscenes and see how much they took out, they had so many scenes and it really was awesome and made everything feel more important.

I like the new rivalry sistem it was what made me get 2k23, but yes it still needs work and more cutscenes and promos and faction rivalries, a draft would be nice especially if we could determine when it happens and how many times, and the only gm i want in universe is the gm we see on tv not the mode leave them separate

You should be able to join and/or create factions in WWE 2k24'universe mode . Universe mode does rate the matches by the way.

I would like them to bring more match types in, more caw slots, show intro on universe mode, ai voices for universe mode, bring promo's back in universe mode

I feel create a story elements like text and having backstage promos and backstage cutscenes imagine recreating who ran over Stone Cold. Universe mode should have randomness similar to SvR 11 & WWE 12 the ability to unlock wrestlers through the mode like Brock in 12 and like Ezekiel Jackson in SvR 11

They need to fix universe mode as far as the royal rumble and WrestleMania goes if im playing universe mode or superstar mode with a custom superstar and I win the royal rumble for some reason I either get a random match or no match at all instead of the main event of WrestleMania . there should as also no commentary in universe mode in 2k23 please fix these issues in wwe 2k24

Universe mode needs voice over with superstars and custom characters in universe mode

I also feel there should be custom promotion you can wrestle in and win titles such as something like bcw icw or some made up promotion before going to nxt and wwe. You should be able to build a port folio of your career accomplishments before coming to wwe such as titles in a custom made up promotion in 2k19 I think they had a upstart promotion called BCW

I even mentioned in assemble video why not just blend the my gm and universe mode in a way you know because we get vc and apart from spending it on my faction stuff there's nothing to really buy so let's just use vc to manage contract and things like that ticket sales concession prices

I would love a war games Fude in universe mode. Like imagine you could do raw vs Smackdown or NXT vs Raw or Smackdown. Anther thing i would love to see is if you don't want to do a Draft you can have a shake up mode. You select a superstar to switch brands. For example say i wanted Bron breaker to go from NXT to Smackdown. It will have a cutscene where he makes the transition to that Brand. And a heal vs face transition cutscene could be different. Like Face one could like he stares down with anther star or comes to help out if one of the stars was getting jumped. And a heal could come from behind and make a statement.

They will re-add some old features back, but we'll get nothing new because 2K are a terrible developer and only care about MyFaction now

They were taken away cause after WWE2K20 tanked they stripped the game back to the basics to fix the mistakes WWE2K20 had so that ment taking a lot out of the game to update them & add them back updated & fixed it. It the mode isn’t in the game we don’t pay for it

My issue is the wrestlers look lifeless while fighting no face expressions and move like robots have y'all seen the wrestler in the 2K 24 gameplay throw another wrestler in the Elevator and they come out together like they was having a conversation this game is trash bro it's just a DLC to 2K 23
