It can actually be the more extroverted people who are often creeps. I've seen it myself. I've been to fan conventions before, and I've heard about rabid sports fans harassing women in cosplay. Plus, a good amount of wrestling fans have been quite ravenous. Some have even threatened to riot over a certain wrestler winning a match.
