My younger cousin and his dad put me on to it and I think the first wrestler I ever heard of was The Rock (could have been Taker or somebody else though) and I just wish I could remember the very first match I ever saw... Kurt Angle was the first one to become my favorite (due to always winning with him in a wrestling game) then John Cena grew on me shortly after, and Kane has been my number 1 favorite since late 2006 or early 2007. Somewhere around that time.

WWF/E has had a lot of great talent thoug.. I got about at least 20 wrestlers who I consider my favorites. Probably closer to 40. Combine all the greats from the 80s to the 2000’s even some of the average wrestlers who happened to be pretty entertaining, I’d say more like 40 50 favorites. All the way from Hulk Hogan, Bret Hart, Goldberg to Stone Cold, Triple H Undertaker to Booker T, John Cena, Jimmy Wang Yang, Mysterio, Dudley Boyz, Hardy Boyz, Cryme Tyme, Big Show, Bobby Lashly, Mark Henry,, Batista, MVP, etc etc....

Ya I was a bit upset about it as well. I mean, most of us were born or grew up in the prime era called ‘the attitude era’, which had everything that you would see in both movies and sports; violence, drama, love scenes, verbal and physical stunners...back when wwe was at its best; now I’m sorry to say that this is now watershed. I get that kids are to b included in this magical moment bt I really think this has been done so for years. Now everything and I mean *everything* is PG. 🤦♀️
