She's gone out and publicly claimed physical abuse from Triple H. The first thing a judge will ask for is proof (a police report, medical records, whatever) to support her claim and unless she's able to come up with something she's probably looking at a loss. Is it worth going after the royalty money if you're gonna be met with a different lawsuit you could lose? I'm guessing WWE hasn't persuded their case because they want nothing to do with her.
