As a huge wrestling fan i love this, i wasn't expecting an SVR 2011 video at all (although this version on the PSP is... pretty bare bones, Mike, still, loved the video and the game is really fun, it's missing some features from what we got on the xbox 360/ps3/ps2 versions, but for the PSP this is amazing) It's so funny to me when non-wrestling fans think that us wrestling don't know that wrestling is scripted, lol, or when they say stuff like "why would you pay to watch something that is fake?", also the same person that says that goes to the cinema, loves Marvel movies, etc... WE'RE ALL IN THE SAME BOAT, 😅😅 and yes, the voices in the ROAD TO WRESTLEMANIA mode are from the actual wrestlers (and yes, that was Vince, lol)

This was actually Vince’s voice?! No way! 😂

@@ChorizoMachine it is, 😂😂😂 he did voice work not just for this SVR but previous ones too, crazy to think that a billionaire took the time to record lines and dub cutscenes for WWE games

Now this is a blast from the past. Me and my cousin absolutely loved playing the PS2 version of this back in the day

It's great to see wrestling on the channel mate! Was a fan growing up then didn't watch it for years before getting back into it. Harley Davidson Undertaker, that made me laugh 😂 but he was known as the American Bad-Ass during the early 00's. There's no shortage of great wrestling games out there, Smackdown: Here Comes The Pain being one of them so hopefully you'll cover that one next 😀

FYI for the voices, that is the actual wrestlers voicing themselves, even Vince 😂

I’ll check loads of them out for sure!

@@gs1988Yeah someone above just told me the same, I can’t believe it’s actually their real voices! I feel silly now 😂

@ChorizoMachine maybe it's because it's on PSP, I never played that version, I had it on PS3 & enjoyed it. Universe Mode was fun, sort of like a season mode & it runs until wrestlemania and after that, a new season starts so it's pretty much continuous.

I played this on PS3 ages ago with my nephew & his mates and we had a lot of fun with it. It’s really weird that you chose this game specifically, as it was the only wrestling game I owned at the time purely as I saw it for cheap somewhere! Great minds eh 😉

Yes, that is very weird! It’s a cool wrestling game for sure, need to try 360 or PS3 version now.
@Rangalang1Күн бұрын
Definitely give them a go. They’re always a good laugh. I’d happily watch you do universe mode on a live stream too.

You should play more wrestling games, loved the video😂

Had a lot of fun with this game, of course I spent way too long creating my own character… thank you for sharing this one. I’ve looked at possibly buying the latest wrestling game but unsure.

Isn’t the latest one free on PlayStation Premium, mate? Good to see you Dames, hope you’re well brother.

Ah, hey! I had the PS2 version of both this and the previous game, 2010. It has a mode called Road to Wrestlemania where you'd have like a couple of stories with some guys, including one where the whole point was beating the Undertaker at Mania. Fun games, even if not fantastic. You could also do like a full season of wrestling with the Universe mode.

The music being played during matches was their way of filling up audio since there wasn't enough space for commentary or something.

The Attitude Era was in the 90s, by this point they were doing PG shows. Kind of a low point, tbh, but they would improve down the line.

@@Mateus_CarvalhoOh really? I always assumed Attitude Era was the 2000s 😂

Attitude Era was 1997-2001 i think. Not sure what era it was in 2011 but i think many casual fans turned off around 2002?
