Tooooo beeeee fair, WWE could easily have loaned out Eric Young since they haven’t used him all year. They’ve been doing that more then I think they get credit for lately. For instance. I think Zachary Wentz is being trialed by how the “smart fans” feel about him before they talk about re-signing him after the Kim-berly situation last year through Impact. Nakamura of course did Noah, Karl Anderson did Wrestle Kingdom (6 months after signing to WWE) and rumor was AJ was supposed to as well but he broke his ankle.

I'm acutally super excited for Brian Pillman Jr. to be looked at by WWE. It would make sense that Eric would be Scott D'Amore's new tag partner at Slammiversary since at the end of this episode of Impact, Scott was on the phone saying "Looks like this time, PCO can't come back to life. So my question is...can you?" and then we see a Team Canada jersey since Eric was a part of that in the early years of Impact (TNA). And considering that WWE's already high (perhaps TOO high) on the Bloodline, I doubt it ever had anything for him anyway. But SmackDown wasn't good but it wasn't bad either. Liked that Fatal 4 Way where Santos won to challenge Theory. And the real reason for Shotzi shaving her head was to support her sister who's battling cancer now. She really got my respect and I hope and pray for nothing but the best for her and her family during this challenging time. And Bianca/Asuka...I want WWE to tell me that it's setting up for a Triple Threat for the SD Women's title at SummerSlam WITHOUT telling me that it's setting up for a Triple Threat for the SD Women's title at SummerSlam. And Hurt Business 2.0...Looks like Cedric and Shelton just got the shaft. LOL Rampage did a good job setting up Collision, Battle Of The Belts, and Blood And Guts. And Willow/Athena was a really good match and I'm happy that Willow's advancing to the Women's Owen Cup.

I've been saying for months/years now, ALL those wrestlers were only hired back so that they didn't join some sort of class action lawsuit against Vince McMahon or WWE. They were released for "budget cuts" but had enough money for Vince to do the monoloply man shuffle with company funds to pay off harassment victims. Triple H has brought back almost every single wrestler at least once, even Nia Jax, who isn't still signed somewhere else. Why has no one else said this?

They're all still considered independent contractors. They couldn't sue if they wanted to. They signed the contracts knowing this could happen at any point for any reason. The only job security wrestlers have is their fandom and popularity. The Vince move to sell or merge the company was to get it primarily out of his controlled assets before the lawsuits were settled. You can't sue someone for what they used to have. Kinda like signing the house or car over to your mother before going thru a divorce... so the spouse can't get anything out of it. That's why he's still very much in control of the company but isn't portrayed as being at the helm anymore. The company couldn't 'legally' be considered to be primarily Vince's company anymore... so he could dismiss having WWE being considered as part of his net worth or the payouts to his accusers/alleged victims would've been much higher. Start business move. Shoddy personable move. Aka... A major d|ck move. Per the usual.

Jey Uso mentioning Paul Heyman’s past managing the Samoan Swat Team and manipulating his family for 40 years and making the story progress in big ways especially for next week. Really well done Smackdown, the only downside was the women’s championship like the dq finish protected both Bianca and Asuka but really we’re all knowing that Charlotte and Bianca have the bigger spotlight than Asuka which is kinda sad but Iyo also cashing in would be great

The thing with Brian Pillman Jr [PBJ] & WWE, unlike former NJPW talent, is that, WWF/WWE has given me the impression that since Brian Pillman (Sr) [BPS] passed away while working for WWF, as well as, being held in such esteem, and, as Stone Cold Steve Austin (Then "Stunning" Steve Austin) teamed with BPS back in 1993 WCW in the Hollywood Blonds, it always felt a matter of time until BPJ was given a chance. I don't know if I am explaining it correctly... You take care of your own, I guess is what I am trying to say.
