I think that Finn could still possibly have another run w/ another world title if he's booked right. I can also see Aj Styles winning one WWE title if he's booked right that is. Both Aj & Finn are worthy of winning the world title again & they are still relevant & can still go in the ring. As for Sheamus I know for a fact that he doesn't want another world title run because he said on multiple occasions that he wants to be a triple crown champion & that the Intercontinental championship is the 1 championship that's preventing him from accomplishing that. I really think Sheamus wants to win the Intercontinental championship then retire.

I totally agree with the list. I also think they’re superstars like LA Knight, Sami Zayn, Austin Theory and others who haven’t won a wwe championship and that probably won’t actually ever win one. It’s also due to the fact that there is way to many superstars in WWE and makes it much harder to push anyone. Another issue they have is that they are always pushing the same person over and over again. I mean, if it’s not Seth getting the push it is Roman and if is not either of them is Brock Lesnar.

Regarding Cena's loss to Theory... It would have helped Theory's career immensely had WWE (VKM's absolute lack of a creative push, as well as his lack of having Theory talk about it 24/7 for hella long after the win and saying things like "I said I was the future. I said the future is now. Well, now I proved it by beating John Cena... There's no chance of slowing me down now" or similar... As for Solo Sikoa's victory... Well that's two-fold; Fold 1 is Solo was already being extremely heavily pushed at the time, so there was 0 chance beating Cena would be able to raise his stock without hurting his (Solo's) street enforcer image and W-L record... Solo would've needed to face both a decent losing streak as well as severe backlash from Roman, effectively completely killing his monsterous aura and rendering all his momentum a mute point before the win over him (Cena) would have helped; Fold 2 is it came because of the whole Bloodline Saga so it was overshadowed by that.
