This is so nostalgic brad. This upload timing is so nostalgic for me, 5 years back when i used to come back from school and around 3 pm, you used to upload at at 4 pm (Indian standard time 🇮🇳). It brought all the memories back, haha.

I think this gear is more iconic than the all pink attire because it’s from the heel run Bret Hart Foundation. You have the Canadian Stampede & Survivor Series 97 PPV so a must have in my books. But I do agree the head scans are bad but you have shades for that.

Going back to your Jeff Hardy figure video with the controversy of Jeff Hardy figures or not having a Stone Cold in the main Elite line yet but this one is the big one with Bret Hart of not having the best Head sculpt of him they can't nail his likeness besides one head sculpt of Bret in the SummerSlam basic that had a pretty good scan.

How is it they can rarely make a good Bret head scan or sculpt ? What makes it more difficult than any other wrestler ? I can only remember a few that looked pretty decent in resembling him over the years .

I think your initial head has wonky paint, like it's not a great head sculpt in general but I think mine has better painted eyes.

The all black gear is cool. That head sculp is okay. Just go back to the last head sculp before this. Add some other heads with it. But yeah I don't like this head sculp either and I got the figure just to swap the head out with the target exclusive head sculp.

When I think of Bret Hart, this is the attire I picture. That being said, 100% I don’t know what they were thinking with these head scans. In my opinion, every Hitman should come with that elite 94 or Target exclusive head scan. I’ve already seen ppl take that head scan and put the hair piece from THIS Bret onto the Target head scan and it looks fantastic. I’ve just never tried to remove or swap hair. Could be something for surgery?🤷🏻‍♂️

I think the elite 43 flashback head scan is the best one Mattel has done. It still doesn’t look exactly like Bret but I think it has the best likeness to him.

They said yesterday they have all rts to every fig ever made from mattel to choose to be in the vault line. Bret and Roman needs some attention on the head before we get more imo

I just don’t understand how Mattel can’t get the face sculpt right when Jakks nailed it with the Classic Superstars line 20 years ago! The rest of the figure looks great. I guess you just need to display him with the glasses. I will say, I think this is Mattel’s best execution of the hair in his face look.

I've been a massive Bret fan for 30+ years, I've met him a dozen times. I have a literal shrine in my house of his merch....and I don't get the hate for these heads. Looks like Bret to me, other than your teeth grinning head that has too much white for the eyes, I think these all have likeness to Bret and really look good with the glasses. Y'all trippin hard on this one.

I saw a review of this and it was said in the video this figure's worst part was the head sculpt. I thought that maybe it'll look better in person. So I waited until I saw it in person and it was 100% a turn off. This figure is a hard pass for me. And that really sucks b/c I love the Hitman and for once I just want them to do a decent head sculpt. I was not totally disappointed b/c the Ultimate Rowdy Piper was right next to it and I got that one and didn't look back. But yes, this Bret sucks and thats really sad :(
