Tranquillo Club had a full blown mental breakdown when Cody left AEW. He had it in his head that Cody was going to turn heel and lead the charge to take down WWE. Since then, he's only become more and more sure of his opinions. The guy is totally radicalized. Just quite nasty overall. He's the perfect example of why people can't stand AEW fans.

Tranquilo Club is the textbook example of a fanboy, he is so sure about his own opinions that he tries to pass it off as objective fact. I've noticed that a lot of AEW-exclusive hardcores see WWE mostly as a Political entity (thanks to Vince, and him being friends with a... certain... person), and even after Vince left, they still see it that way. They treat it as if it's an election.

I'm a big Matches guy, all I need is: The reason for the Match -> Have the Match -> Hopefully it's a sick Match. That's all I ever have and ever will want from Wrestling. That's why my absolute favourites are Bret Hart and Kurt Angle. Simple reasonings to have a Match, and then the Match itself blows the house down with either its physical nature, impactful storytelling, or fantastic choreography. Even then, I wouldn't ask people to cater to what I get out of Wrestling, because I know my biases. Not everyone enjoys the actual Matches as much as I do. The promotions should be trying to deliver on all aspects, not just the Matches. That's why I get dissapointed with Wrestling Fans so much, you can like what you like without having to drag others down. And so many people fail to realise that what they get out of Wrestling is almost assuredly not going to be the same as what other people get out of Wrestling. People should appreciate hard work, good stories, mic skills, and in-ring ability when it appears, no matter what form.

I'm not basing my opinion on a KZbinr or anything, I'm talking about the bigger IWC environment. Why would I like something where I couldn't even critize what's bad in the product, have a good healthy discussion around the product, where the product in itself is built around that culture itself. Call me soft or whatever, but there's no denying that these tribalism hurt AEW.

Inherently its not only a problem for wrestling but everything in general. I want AEW to be successful as it will be better for the whole wrestling environment, but in the end if they wanna cater too much for that audience I don't think they would fully prosper as they could ever be.

When AEW first started I used to watch that dudes videos and he made great videos with awesome editing, he def has talent. But I quickly realized that’s all he liked he was the biggest AEW mark ever and you’re right these ppl like the tribalism like TK so they can act like they’re in some type of fake wrestling war and relive it like the old days which isn’t the case at all it’s pure delusion. Anyways, I left a comment couple months back on one of his videos saying he should cover WWE content so he can grow his channel more cause he has talent editing and making videos but he just won’t he’s hurting himself just to be a ride or die mark for AEW which is sad to me. Plus it doesn’t help I keep hearing about negative interactions he’s had with ppl who disagree with him they end up getting banned or blocked lmfao. 😂 keep doing you Geekdom and speaking how u really feel don’t let these 💩 heads especially the worst fan base of them all imo in AEW ruin that for you. What's crazy is, I lost interest in AEW because of how they booked Samoa Joe into getting his world title shot. And ever since then, the product has had more bad than good. WWE has had more good than bad. NWA has been highly entertaining to me. And MLW and TNA are there, I like the Steve guy in TNA. But with how tribalism is in wrestling community, I don't share my opinions with anyone except a small group chat with like 5 other people in it... And even then, I don't talk much.

I stepped away from wrestling for a decade and just got back into it last year. I made a huge mistake and went on X/Twitter to see what the landscape looked like. I asked a few questions about AEW and quickly learned how tribalistic and toxic the fans are. It turned me off from the product. I just stick to watching the shows I like and a bit of KZbin now.

I hope at some point we can move past the tribalism. If AEW keeps improving and starts doing well, great. If WWE keeps a steady pace, building up stories until the time of the big PLEs come and the big stars come back, awesome. If TNA has great shows arld its popularity rises, fantastic. If the NWA can pick up a few of the WWE releases and do something with them, that'd be cool too. If Tony Khan finds a way to give ROH more exposure, perfect. Why can't we like more than 1 promotion? Just with those 5 promotions there are about 20 hours worth of wrestling content every week on TV and Digital. Without all the commercial breaks and it might be about 15 or 16. I'd say about 60% of it is great, 20% or more is good or at least ok, I'd say about 10% is just meh and only about 5-10% is actually bad. If only about an hour and a half is bad but there are so many shows, I think wrestling is doing very well.

They will die on the sword of AEW while making sure to take every shot at "Evil Fed" they can. They are the soldiers Tony needs and wants for his "WAR' that will never happen. You'd almost think they get paid to do this or they are burner accounts of Tony and the Bucks. Hell most of us agree the WWE Draft was terrible and needs to be scrapped, or that putting the title on Becky might not have been the best idea. These three are examples of you are not allowed to talk bad about AEW in anyone. The match last night with Jericho and Shibata was garbage, even more so when AEW claims to be pure "Pro Wrestling" yet they'll praise it as pure genius by Tony and totally not "Sports Entertainment."

And TBF most critics of AEW online is just farming for views. It's become cool to hate on AEW. If the product is that bad why do so many KZbinrs spend so much time covering it?
