WWE WrestleMania 24: Beth Phoenix & Melina vs Ashley & Maria (SmackDown vs RAW 2009)

Heading into WWE WrestleMania 24, Maria (now known as Maria Kanellis) was revealed to be on the cover of Playboy magazine. While this was a huge opportunity for her, Maria's onscreen boyfriend Santino Marella saw things differently. Not wanting his girlfriend to pose naked for millions of people, Marella began to judge Maria for her decision. This led to a rift between the two, with Santino Marella eventually joining forces with Beth Phoenix & Melina.
Although Maria lost a boyfriend in Santino Marella, she gained a tag team partner in the form of Ashley. Ashley had just returned from her "suspension", during which she had participated as a contestant on Survivor. Ready to return to in-ring competition, Ashley aligned herself with Maria as WrestleMania approached.
Choosing to settle the score on the grand stage of WrestleMania, Ashley and Maria geared up to face the tag team of Beth Phoenix and Maria. Could the Playboy covergirls earn their first WrestleMania victories, or would the heel superstars win with Santino in their corner?
