If Cody loses it will be a massive fall for him and he wont be seen as that huge face main eventer thst wwe needs rn, i dont see what the story can be after wrestlemania if roman wins, but if he loses i can easily see him start feuding with jey again and finish the story that started all this then go on to face the rock next year while cody starts a new era with a new belt with a new feud with someone like Gunther or a big heel return on the raw after mania

I think Walter is losing the title at Mania, but not taking the pin. I REALLY think that if the plan is to seperate the world titles, and have 2 belts again, Gunther is winning the 2nd one. Gunther vs Bobby Lashely at the late May PPV is, which is the King/Queen of the ring event in SA.

my "prediction" (or at least the way that I would write it) is have Sami and KO win the tag belts on night one, and have Roman flip out on them because of it and abuse them as he has for years now, and then when he is in with Cody, at some point, when Roman is in trouble, have the Usos come out (seemingly to help him out), but instead they both turn on him and beat him down

What if they pull some interim shenanigans with Cody and Reigns? Have it end with an keyfabe injury to write him off for a break, make Cody interim champ, complete with a new belt. It will allow the story to continue, allow Cody to complete his narrative but still have some stake in the game for when Reigns returns, allows the bloodline to continue to have momentum but with the added pressure of "who will step up with Roman gone, and what happens when he comes back"? I'm not saying have a non finish necessarily either. Have Roman win but "sustain an injury" that leaves him unable to compete. I think it could be great. It has pre-made booking, with questions of Cody's legitimacy, with the Bloodline challenging him.

I think there’s something to be said about maybe Dom and Rey having a rematch based off whoever loses not being happy with the end result. Book the rematch as a ladder match at Summerslam like the custody of Dom match Rey and Eddie did. It would be a better farewell to Rey than him retiring after Wrestlmania.

Theory wins, I think Cena puts him over. Gangrel makes a return to help Edge reach that dark side needed for this story. Seth better win, Logan had a push with Miz already, we need Seth to win with all the other curveballs coming. Lita and company win this for nostalgic fans. Rey will win, and have his moment, and continue the feud, i dont think this is his last match, but it will be with his son soon. Taking Sheamous, he's due, especially as Triple H's boy, he needs a push again. Give me Ko and company to win, Bianca, Street profits, Omos will win and they'll start building him up as a head heel. I have Ripley, I think she's the future. I have Cody, it's a tough call, but bloodline emplodes , Roman and Jey build up for a fight at Summer Slam.

It makes no sense for Bianka to retain. She has already won two back to back Mania championship matches. Her initial reign was fantastic but for the past 6 months she seems invisible. As much as I'd like to see someone else with the titles...Cody just isnt it for me, of all Reigns opponants the guy whos going to beat him and beat him at Mania be Cody? Just no for me, regardless of storyline, regardless of how well Cody is performing, they've just built Reigns up too strong for me to believe Cody is the one. He still strikes me as that intercontinental level, jumps up for a challenge or 2 for a world title but never really succeeds. I just get Kofi vibes where it'll be done because he's hot right now and fans like him but he's not "The guy" for me. If they wanted Cody to take the belts they should have booked Sami to get screwed in the last PPV with Reigns to set up a triple threat and allow Cody to pin Sami for the win.
