If only 2K would wake the heck up and realize this was fun gameplay and bring it to the modern graphics they would have a massive hit! I would be happy with a remake of this game! As long as they leave the gameplay alone!

I totally agree with you. I can imagine if 2k did remake this game they would fuck it up badly.. they would have us to pay for triple h, stone cold, the rock, undertaker, they would take out 8 arenas, take out 5 wrestlers, and the moves would look like it can be easily reversed like 4 times straight.

This was my first game on the ps2! Brought back so many memories! Here comes the pain is probably the best wrestling game. Shut your mouth was my favorite though. The first Smackdown vs raw was the last wrestling game I played.

This game was so disappointing compared to the first two Smackdown's for PS1. The developers just weren't famliar with the PS2 yet, and it showed.

It was put together so anyone with a PS2 could get their friends together for an exhibition. Considering the time it came out, it was disappointing but there were many worse games out there.

Last night i was playing a match in this game playing a backstage match in a parking lot and right after i lost a match for no reason after Stone Cold gives me two Stunners and then i went absolutely spare and then started hitting my PS2 with my controller SO hard until my disc got scratched to the point of being unreadable. Oh why can’t i play wrestling games without getting angry now?

And I remember yelling at the top of my lungs over WWE 2K 19 whenever I kept on getting countered excessively by opponents or I lose to an opponent in this game If I'm playing one of my favorite created wrestlers as mine favorite anime things such as kingdom hearts and so on and every time I lose to a WWE superstar that's why I yelled at my TV
