It was so cool growing up with these games! World Tour, Revenge, Wrestlemania 2000 and No Mercy. I still remember how excited I was when I found out they switched to WWF and overall really cool how they all improved and added with each title!

This game was also released for GameBoy colour is well. Even though it’s on a handheld system, it’s still an awesome little wrestling game. But the N64 version, is everybody knows. Is fantastic. Man, these kids don’t even know what this game is like. Even as a 16-year-old, I miss these type of games. And I was born in 2001, after these games released. Oh and I key and as Mackenzie’s. Please, remake these games for Nintendo switch.

Totally true, was playing both yesterday on N64 and No Mercy is superior in every other way. Likely not enough cart space so the team decided extra features were more important. As a kid the back stage, larger roster and extra match types, back stage, not to mention massively improved graphics (apart from some odd faces) made it the ultimate wrestling game. I would cut the the slide shows they used to represent fmv though from both.

I love N64 I wouldn't play anything else. I wish some company would come up with a new N64 and revive it and bring it back of course make it more modern. I prefer N64 over the other systems, N64 is a simple system and the others are more complicated.

Jeffrey D. Barker Considering that External Hard Drives are roughly the size of 64 cartridges and can fit Over 9000 GB worth of data... The 64 could have easily been continued/re-releases... Wrestle games could be released with CD quality music themes and titantrons, none looped themes, World tour 1, Revenge, VPW 1, war Zone, etc could be re-released with wm 2000 style graphics and gameplay and Universal CAW transfer/full Wrestler Edits. So a64 RE-release would be awesome, especially for the 1) Wrestling collection 2) MK collection (1-3, UMK3, and a merged Trilogy game), a TMNT beat em up collection, and an NFL Blitz collection (Blitz, 99, 2000, 2000 gold edition, and 2001).

The selling is more realistic in the AKI games like for example if you constantly go after their leg, back, or head they eventually hold on to it and they immediately give up when you put a submission on them. HCTP was the first Smackdown game where the engine was identical to these games.
