HEY! Sorry about the weird screen tearing! I ended up fixing it, although the fix won't happen till the 3rd video in the series. So that you can fix it too if you want to record it, I'll let you know how! The emulator itself is playing fine, it's an OBS problem. If you use a game capture on Project64 then it will look fine at first, but it'll start screen tearing. Just do a Window capture instead and crop it how you like it. For some reason that fixes the issue!

Its always fun hearing people talk about their favorite mid wrestlers. You know, those ones you love but know they'll never main event Wrestlemania. For me as a kid I loved watching John Morrison wrestle. He had such a cool move set. I was also always a huge William Regal fan.

They're both great! I think a ton of people became fans of Morrison because of his fun-ass moveset in the games. Hey fun fact! I was there in the arena for the untelevised Tag Title change when Miz and Morrison beat Punk and Kofi for the tag titles! That was at a house show in Hamilton, Ontario Canada.

@@MahDryBread Growing up, we could only watch some episodes of Smackdown at our Grandparents house because we couldn't afford Sky at home (think Irish/UK version of cable) but it was during MnM's run in 2004. Early 2000's Smackdown was awesome.

1:10:11 Alright, so I did the math, and the matches in this edition of Sunday Night HeAT™ lasted 273 minutes, or just over 4 and a half hours. It's normally a one-hour show. To put that in perspective, WrestleMania 39's matches took approximately 213 minutes, or just under four hours. Between the game itself and the commentary, this has been a blast of a trip down memory lane. Thanks, MDB! 1:11:35 Shotgun Saturday Night, brother?

When a crowd is hot it can make a big difference, I went to an indie show at a church and the crowd was pretty dead but then the heel manager introduced his fighter "snatch haggis" and it was one of the most fun 5-10 minutes I've had at a show. Everybody popped and heckled him non-stop, people with young kids joined in on the inappropriate jokes, he didn't even wrestle it just took him that long to finish what he had to say cause the crowd of 20 people wouldn't stop.

This game is awesome! I watched wrestling and played some games when I was around 7 to 10 but this is so great and on another level. it's always fun to see you having fun. Been watching the CK3 wessex play through and always love your challenge and wrestle empire videos. Thanks for the constant fun and good spirits. Hope you have a great holiday season man!

A possibility for the Canadian Backbreaker over the Eye Opener is that the Spinning Neckbreaker is a Weak Front Grapple move, mostly, and can have differences in how the game processes those and Special moves. If we consider Mideon as a reskin of another wrestler, then which wrestler could be the original? Thrasher vs Al Snow was one of those Hardcore matches that was a series of cut-away ambushes, mini-matches through the entire backstage area that eventually gets back to the ring for the finish.

7:00 Personally I'd see the neckbreaker as a signature rather than a finisher. Then again, i often choose a Death Valley Driver or BrainBuster so i can't say much. Except that Brainbuster is my favourite wrestling move name to exaggerate.

Hey MDB, I'm just wondering because you're such a huge wrestling fan, but I used to support local wrestling back in the day during Anime North and when Norma Jeans was still open. Do you know Mike Hendrex? He's a local referee that I used to go to Fanshawe with, I think I might still have his number. Anyway it's not that important. Great playthrough by the way.

Could you copy Mideon and replace his moveset? I'd love to see you just go over all the move animations in the game. Your expertise and commentary would be awesome.

I could copy him to replace the moveset and I did consider it, but my worry would be that I'd get booked against Mideon all the time since we're in the same spot on the card and it would just be really confusing Could be funny though!
