34:53 Neytiri did say that if an ikran chooses its rider it'll try to kill them, and later on we see Toruk actively targeting Jake during the chase scene :> it wasn't chasing Neytiri at all, which was a big giveaway Also, in a deleted scene Jake takes some sort of hallucinogenic food that makes him dream about stuff, one of them being him riding Toruk, which basically means that it was his spirit animal the whole time

In Avatar 2 they explain why they can speak english, Jake learned their language so when they speak "it basically sounds like english"

regarding the funereal scene everyone reacts to trauma differently jake disassociates and numbs himself its shown more in the second movie tho so i dont blame you for not picking on it

I have loved this movie for years. When I went to Disney World last year and got to go into the Pandora part of Animal Kingdom I almost cried. It was one of the most magical feelings! To make it even cooler, as soon as I got off the ride that feels like you're riding a banchee the first teaser for the Way of Water came out. I got to watch it in Pandora!

I actually just look it up today cus I just saw the second one and I was curious, but the Na'vi world is apparently in the alpha centauri star system, the closest stars to Earth. 23.5 trillion miles from us(4.3 light-years)..at least in this movies universe.
