I love you Antoine. Rip ❤❤

He was an entertainer, an excellent singer, very sweet and shy and just a great friendly guy. When he smiled, everyone else smiled. He had a smile that could light up a room and make the most miserable person smile. He truly is missed.

@9:45 now I understand why Fats and EP were friends. They were both shy humble folks where music happened to be their passion. Fats used to meet up with Elvis in Las Vegas when their schedules allowed. Whats interesting is how EP responded to being the King of Rock and Roll, a title he quickly dismissed. He pointed to this man right here, Fats Domino. RIP Fats and EP thanks for the music.

Guess what I have in my car disc player!? Yes! It's Fats Domino's Greatest Hits. Been listening and singing along to this man's music for more than 60 years. All of his children have names based on their dear father's name. Heard the first three chords of the song he played in the studio and nailed it "I'm Walkin' to New Orleans". Thank you Antoine for your help in keeping me grounded in music all of these many years 🎶🎶🎶

Almost ALL of the true American legends are gone... and it is a damn shame. I know I will get some kick back from young folks, but the music being made today doesn't have the same heart... in this old fogies opinion it's all just massed produced garbage being marketed to young people. Thanks to legends like Fats, I still have my records to listen to!
