I do this, and he made this shit look so easy. Trust and believe it’s not easy at all. Time patience and masterfully understanding how to put a puzzle together. It is rewarding once you’re done but it’s not as easy as he makes it look.

Back in the early 80s when I was working in a C/D shop we made the circular part of the insert pad not butting the rule together creating less blowout points on the cutting die.
