Jack C.Richards shares with the viewers excellent ideas. No doubt that he is expert in the field. What is more important than training is that every teacher must love his/ her profession. Not for salary, not for consuming time, not for producing result, but for the pleasure of teaching, one must take up teaching. Unlike subject teachers, language teachers must be very friendly with the learners in order to facilitate Teaching- learning. Richards deserves one's rich appreciation not only for his expertise in the filed, but also for his high level of maturity and humility while expressing his views. Though he is a star in the ELT sky, he is standing on the earth without even a little shadow of pride or arrogance. If we have such experts in every field, learners will come forward to learn in all fields. May God bless him with a long life!

Writers like to be rewarded for all the work in writing a book.It is not easy and really not a way of making money.
