on the how stuff is made video it was liquid sprayed at high pressure, but yeah there might be another method then.

Then what happens to iron when it gets to its boiling point at 2,750° C? Does it just disappear?

But that's a vapor, not a gas. Bring it past 674.11 °F under 1 atmosphere pressure to make it boil. There is likely one metal that is a gas under standard conditions: mercury's even more volatile analog, copernicium.

Saying as indium is non toxic would it be safe to use field's metal in jewelry?

Actually Indium is indeed toxic. However it is safe to handle with bare hands as long as you wash them afterwards. I would also recommend not exposing open wounds to indium, eating indium, or holding indium very close to your face and breathing it in. So no I would not recommend making jewelry out of fields metal or indium.
