Real life story. Last January I was severely beaten on my front porch by a man in a blind drunken rage. He was charged with elderly abuse and I went to the preliminary hearing to testify. One week later the district attorney informed me they allowed him to plea down to the smallest misdemeanor, time served he's free. 2 days ago I heard he is back in jail because of a bar fight that he almost killed a man, who is in a coma. I am in San Diego California and I will bet you $100 the judge lets this guy out of jail. Ps. In 2021 he nearly beat his mother to death twice, yes twice. Plea down to minimum misdemeanor, free to go commit more violence.

Imagine being arrested once or twice a year for 25 years and never getting sentenced to jail. His record shows his longest sentence, 3 months. Glad the Judge is doing her job. To bad the other Judges get intimidated and let them out. I know you and I can't do our jobs half assed and not have repercussions.

the sad thing is this guy has friends that might go after the judge or use drug money to get him out .
