This was actually recorded in 2019 and is about a virus in Hong Kong and is not about Covid19, Oli talked about it in an interview. They delayed the release of the song when Covid19 hit because it felt like the wrong timing before they changed their mind and released it anyway.

Bring me the Horizon will be looked at as pioneers when all is said and done. The transition this band has gone through is some of the most versatile and creative transitions I've ever seen. Oli is easily in my top 5 for metal front men. The whole band is fantastic. Can't wait for the next album.

Thats the Spirit was the last one i really liked overall, but they've definitely released songs on Amo and Music to Listen To that were super creative. Sempiternal was arguably one of the best metalcore albums in the history of the genre, and it would have been super easy for them to just copy that formula over and over and rode that train to the bank. I have major respect for them deciding it's their band and they'll make what they want to make

Very creative, we must realize, we live in the tighest music era, cos music is very small workplace, if u are not be careful u can plagiarizing some music, but bmth with oli and Jordan always find a way to make something fresh with mixing all over good, weird tune to a great, catchy music, that's all about taste, experience, preference, and brain work, they have the formula, and always step ahead everything elses

They are. No other band has changed their style this much and still managed to stay this relevant and loved. They kept experimenting. They have such a unique sound going right now... with ludens and this. Oli is extremely talented... being able to bring so many styles together and still managing to make it sound this good. Loved Parasite Eve... I can tell that they put an aweful lot of effort into it.

Btw something I noticed is how Wyatt related the star to a riskier coaster and one of the lines is “enjoy the ride”, thought that was funny/interesting. I listened to the premiere on bbc radio one which was maybe half an hour before the youtube premiere and they played it 3 times!! And Oliver was talking about the whole process. Loved it all over. And not to mention the Slavic folk music intro (actually Bulgarian but all of our Slavs can relate to it) ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I loved the reasoning of Lindsey. The fact that she fell of the BMTH wagon a bit because they weren't Metal enough anymore but left and right got confronted with their good music she started to love it again. Its such a natural progression that is beautiful to see. And i totally agree. I myself have adapted in such a way when it comes to music. My favorite band is Linkin Park and their ever evolving style always forced me to question whether or not i still enjoyed the band and every time i concluded that i did. I adapted because i couldn't get around the clear fact that they make good music. And the same can be said for Bring Me The Horizon.
