I've only listened to the Deadweight album along with Low. I really like them at first but then after some time it feels like the drum patterns of the songs are the same. Wyatt tell me if I'm hearing my own shit cause you're the drummer. That's the main reason I don't like this track either.

I think what makes the video good and feeting the song is that it goes from an "agressive" and "dangerous" red while he screams to a more "depressive" blue while the clean vocals are playing and that contrast completes the video.

I know you didn't dig the feel of the transitions in low. I feel the opposite, their ability to cut back from heavy and give us the medium between heavy and soft is surreal. They proved they can hang in the shallows as well as smash breakdowns in the deep. But to each their own :) keep making reactions brother :D

New subscriber here. Haven't seen too many of your videos yet, but I'm definitely liking what I've seen so far. I like both your personalities and you definitely know your stuff, which just makes your videos both enjoyable and informative to watch. If I might make a suggestion for your next reaction? You might want to give Alien Weaponry a try. They're a trash/groove metal band consisting of three teenagers (I think the oldest is 19 now and the other two 17, nonetheless they have existed as a band since 2010, when the two brothers who founded the band were only 8 and 10 years old) from New Zealand who mostly sing in Te Reo, the traditional language of the Māori people. Which makes them one of those bands that defy expectations. The vast majority of bands anywhere sing in English these days, for broadest appeal. Alien Weaponry though, despite being from a country where the main language actually is English, as I said mostly sing in a language that has basically been slowly dying ever since New Zealand was colonized and which today is only spoken by an estimated 150,000 people. All the same, they're making some serious waves in the metal scene. They've performed at major European festivals (including Wacken Open Air). They've done a US tour as a supporting act for Ministry. They've held the no.1 spot on Sirius XM's Liquid Metal "Devil's Dozen" countdown. Not small accomplishments to boast when the band members are young enough that they got barred from performing with Ministry for their Salt Lake City gig for being under the legal age requirement for the venue. And to have at least one age restricted music video here on KZbin ("Holding My Breath") that two members of the band are officially too young to watch. 😅 Ordinarily I would say that their song "Kai Tangata" would be a good place to start. It's their breakout song and it's definitely awesome. The video's awesome too. Since this channel is specifically _metal drummer reacts_ though, "Rū Ana Te Whenua" might be more interesting, as it has a pretty heavy focus on the drums. Honestly, you should just react to both songs. 😂

However I'm not talking trash about Wyatt.. I actually respect him because he's an artist himself.. but all these other reactors that have no clue and just are zany and animated and just loud and obnoxious and for some reason people want to watch them...
