Also try to notice that in this episode mist hashira is said to be the descendant of that blood line of that swordsman family. Understand that the upperank 1 u saw in the infinity castel meeting is in the same timeline Alive with the tanjirou’s timeline so how u can assume that he is that swordsman who was shown in dream of tanjirou’s. You're correct...but its a bit difficult to understand everything when watching the first time ....I understood everything only when I re-watched recently...so yeah I'm sure they'll understand and connect all the dots eventually....also comments like yours are helpful ❤

I can give u a hint look at the hanfu earrings that Tanjiro have and look at upper moon 1, there will be a fight scene where it will be really important

The upper moon one is kokushibo who is the elder brother of the red doll ( yoriichi). Because yoriichi invented the first breathing technique which is sun breathing. And he was the strongest hashira of all time who nearly beheaded muzan thats why muzan always feared of him. But kokushibo joined muzan and when yoriichi gets older kokushibo fought yoriichi but couldn't beat him even yoriichi was old. Then yoriichi died of old age and then kokushibo cut his body into half and found the flute he gave to him and kokushibo's 3 eyes cried He found that yoriichi loved his elder brother And now yoriichi was a friend of sumiyoshi(tanjiro ancestor) Yoriichi showed him sun breathing in the form of dance and that is why after generations kamado family calls it hinokami kagura.
