It’s located on the top left side of the air filter box. Basically the very top of the engine.

How did you unscrew the rear bolt of the egr valve? I couldn't make it , there was no space for any tool to reach there

There are flexible socket extensions and socket drivers widely available in 1/4" - this is a best option. There are also etorx cardan sockets, but it will be still uncomfortable to use it there.

some have some not my e a160cdi 2007 and has dpf should be seen under the car if there are sensors in front and behind dpf then you have if there are no sensors then the catalyst

Niby to łatwo wygląda na filmiku. Ale w realu jak się zacznie coś grzebać pierwszy raz to to jest mnóstwo roboty i kombinowania :( trochę pierdół jest pominiętych tutaj które mnóstwo czasu zajmują. I to nie trwa 8:53.

Ramzi Gigolashvili I have a similar issue and mine gives faulty code Turbo pressure too high. But I have tested with obd2 logging and it is never higher than normal. My thermostat is broke so it won’t get warm in the winter. This causes the particle filter to not burn clean. So that might be part of the problem. Try putting DPF cleaning additive in the tank a couple of times.

I have the same issue. Temperature is below 80 (ODB shows 70) and engine goes to error with maximum 2100 RPM. I read error code - 04040 (EGR valve). I changed the valve, cleaned everything but symptoms are the same. Now I plan to change thermostat. Hope this will solve the issue. Just don't know which is better to place (80, 85, 89, 92).
