How much for strata and other fees? Any studio with ocean view available? How much for stamp duty?

Thanks for the comment Ling! There are still ocean view studios remaining approximately USD 80-90k! If choosing for residence, the monthly management fee is USD $1.5 per square meter. Hey James, thanks for your comment. Yes absolutely, mainly due to the land size and land valuations of landed beachfront property in Da Nang / Hoi An. Beachfront land opportunities are quite rare and hard to come by.

The area has a few residential communities including Ha My Beach and An Bang Beach, both filled with local restaurants, bars, etc. There is also a lot of development across the street, including a new international school! It's also never a bad thing to have the Four Seasons as your neighbor!

I've bought a condo room here 4 years ago and they just handed over my unit. The handover was horrible. The room is nothing like the model room. It was bait and switch. The bed is not king size but was replaced with 2 twin beds and they will not honor by replacing the twin beds with a king size bed. Horrible management.....poorly managed. Do not invest here or stay here

Hi, there's no misunderstanding. The details are in the terms of the contract of which this group did not adhere to the terms. The bottom line is "BAIT and Switch".
