Did anyone else notice that Kat Barrell is hardly in this “Behind the scenes”?? They didn’t show her scenes at all and she never is filmed joking around on camera?? I just can’t imagine why??

Carolyn Dignam I mean I can only guess, but judging from her interviews, she seemed to be more reserved, more thoughtful, more quiet, and more of an old soul as oppose to Dominique who is just a bubbly, ball of energy and Melanie, who just cracks jokes around everytime. Some actors stay serious and/or in character throughout filming. Some are just too good that they only require one take. No matter what reason it's for, I'm still pretty sure Kat gets along just fine with her castmates, judging from her social media posts.

Lauren Karina Hi Lauren, Thank You for your response. I guess I should have elaborated further in my response. I know Kat Barrell loves and gets along with all the cast of Wynonna wonderfully!!! I’m sorry if that’s how I came off. I really respect Kat and I was looking forward to seeing her clips with Dominique and Melanie in this behind the scenes, but all of her clips were not in here and she never sat and offered commentary like all the others! For all I know it could have been in her contract? I was disappointed when I hadn’t seen her in here and wondered if anyone knew why? I surely didn’t want to sound like I was assuming she had difficulties with the other cast members. I see how much they all respect and love one another, that’s what I love about them and Wynonna Earp! Thank you 😄

Lauren Karina Lauren Karina Hi Lauren did you always watch Wynonna and your just a new Earper? Or is the show new for you also? I’m very anxious about tomorrow night, I watched the Earpercon UK panel with Emily Andras and Melanie Scrofano, not sure if you have seen it? Well some of the audience members went out with Emily the night prior to the panel I saw and one of them made a deal with Emily, she said that she made a pinky promise to tell the audience 2 truths and 1 lie! So I don’t know which is which but she says, 1) Waverly’s father comes 2) Nedley makes an important decision (we already know what that is) and 3) Doc & Nicole have an interesting story line. Which I’m assuming is last weeks episode with Maeve and Charlie? But Emily also said that everyone goes through huge changes!! So now I’m scared for Nicole and Waverly amongst the rest of them. I can’t wait until tomorrow to watch it. Take care hope to chat again soon Lauren

Carolyn Dignam funnily enough, I just discovered the show like, 4 days ago. I found an instagram post on an lgbt page, and it's a video of Wayhaught's first meeting, and I went like: "whoa the chemistry is over the roof Ive got to watch that." Then I found out that it's a show about demon hunting and was like, HELL YES. I immediately started watching it and instantly fell in love! And I've watched some of the clips from the recent panel, but I haven't seen that one yet. The 2 truths 1 lie is sure as heck interesting. Tbh I cant really tell which one is the lie. Hey, if u have instagram, we should totally follow each other! (Unless u find me creepy. If thats the case, thats also cool)

am I the only one who is surprised about they are playing drinking their shots?? I though they just having apple juice or something instead of the alcohol... and how it looks so real on TV when they are not doing that!! anyway they are the bestt!!

Ha! They only do that when practicing the scene. When shooting the scene for real, they use artificial coloring in plain water to give it the look of alcohol. I doubt they would waste their CGI budget on shots :P

Probably because it was a really emotional scene where she basically gave birth (fake birth for the show) but it probably was extra emotional for her because she was very far along in her own pregnancy (she was actually pregnant the entire time she was shooting season 2) she may have also been emotional cause she was worried she would get kicked off the show or something because she was pregnant.

Jana Ceuleers also that was Melanie’s last shoot of the season, that’s why they are all clapping. She worked that whole season up to 9 months pregnant, and the whole cast said no even once did she complain, even when they worked 15 hour days! So yes at the wrap of her filming I think that scene was emotional and just like the previous comment by “Don’t judge me” said she was very concerned she would be fired coming back into season 2 pregnant, but the cast, crew, syfy and Emily Andras who writes and is executive producer, embraced her pregnancy and wrote it into the show.

Real. She was pregnant all throughout season 2, it was a miracle she didn't give birth before the season was up or the show might have been lost.
