i usually just double track with the next best take because it’s sounds awesome lol. all the sounds here are recorded during filming/recorded audio manipulated in ableton (to make the guitar strums more like ‘drums’ for example) i love mixing so would love to do a vid or something in patreon detailing my approach

well i couldnt find the exact one but i think its just a miami blue fender strat (either used or the american professional II), with a pau ferro neck and a glitter pick guard added. also reliced *if you dont know, relicing is like chipping away at the guitar so it looks more "reliced" and "vintage". theres yt vids on how to do it. me personally love these kinda guitars@@coleschreiner6

Spend more time learning songs by ear and only using tab either to "check your work" or if you're completely stuck on a part. You don't have to bang your head against the wall for weeks on end, but try for maybe 10-20 minutes before looking it up. If you stick with it for a few weeks you'll find your ears improve.
