I thought Arizona provided Charging Order Protection also under A.R.S. § 29-655. Rights of judgment creditors of a member. Is that not correct?
@doolaHQ22 күн бұрын
Hey, yes that's correct. But while Arizona does provide some charging order protection, Wyoming's law is more robust, clear, and protective of LLC members. Wyoming unambiguously limits creditors to a charging order as the sole remedy and extends this protection even to single-member LLCs. Arizona's statute leaves more room for interpretation and potential creditor remedies beyond a charging order.

What does the state of Wyoming game other than the $60 a year from hosting non-resident LLCs? I don’t understand why states like Wyoming bother? In California, we have to give the state $800 per LLC but what does Wyoming get other than that $60? I don’t understand why they do it. please explain. Thank you for sharing your information. This is very good.
