@@palmtree7255 Sorry for the 3+ year late reply. I don't recall getting any notification, and this happens with other videos I've posted. Yes, a mature butiagrus can survive 20 degrees for short duration -- because mine did in December of 2010, when I recorded my coldest low ever of 20.8 degrees. As I remember, my butiagrus wasn't even hurt.

From all that I've read the seed from the Butiagrus palm is sterile, lacking endosperm.
