Ingredients
200 g komatsuna
150 g ground pork
1eggs
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp sesami oil
1/2 tbs sake
1/2 tbs yakiniku sauce
1 tbsp katsuobushi
Instructions
1.Wash the komatsuna and cut into 4-5cm long pieces. boil for 2 minute and put in a cold water.
2.Heat up a frying pan. Put some sesami oil then fries ground pork. Add to the pan with a pinch of sake then some garlic and mix.
3. Add the komatsuna (Spinach) Stir-fry for a few minutes until wilted. put Yakiniku sauce.
4. Add the scrambled eggs and gently mix. Turn off the heat, add a handful of katsuobushi and mix.
