When I first visited Vietnam my motherland, I never tasted or tried xoi xeo. After I did it was addictive. Sticky rice with mung beans is what's in it n yeah some people are camera shy. I also liked ur Vietnamese vocabulary "di bo" (walking) hope u guy's will go back to Vietnam again

6:03 Mong Bean 6:41 Dan is sticky rice, Anna is rice corn (vietnamese corn with white color, soft and light sweet) 7:47 Yeap ! green papaya. Vietnam sticky rice have many color, like yellow - orange/red - purple - black...All Color are from nature, kind of leaf or fruit. Yellow is from turmeric. Red/Orange is from Gac fruit. Purple is from Cẩm Leaves. Black is from a special of bamboo charcoal or leaves.

The "shavings" on top of the rice is mung beans (cooked and mashed like potatoes, rolled up and shaved). Anna's rice has corn (or hominy) in it. Now this, you can eat with soy sauce.

Oh xôi Ngô is Harmony sticky rice, then other one is sticky rice with mung beans. In Viet Nam we have some sweet and salty sticky rice

Dan Anna ăn xôi có bị xôi dính hết vào răng không 😅😅😅. Món này người châu Âu ít người ăn thử lắm , hai bạn thật tuyệt vời thử hết 😛😛😛. Ăn xôi trắng cùng với thịt lợn kho trứng , chả ... ngon và hợp hơn xôi ngô ,đậu xanh

ngôn ngữ của hà nội đã thay đổi quá nhiều , có phải là do người ở các tỉnh đổ về thủ đô hà nội hay sao !!?? . câu xôi xéo và xôi bắp ( xôi ngô) là cùng một thứ. chữ xéo là do sau này chứ hà nội chưa bao giờ nói câu này. mua gói xôi ngô họ lấy đậu xanh vo tròn như quả banh rồi lấy dao gọt ( vào ) vào gói xôi họ gọi là xéo…..?!?!

nói xin lỗi mọi người chứ việt nam bây giờ bộ đói hay là thiếu thốn thực phẩm lắm hay sao mà các món ăn chế ra tùm lum tùm la vậy ?? . ngày xưa tôi ăn xôi ngô ( xôi bắp ) chỉ có đậu xanh, hành phi và đường. chứ làm gì có mấy món giống như Patê, trứng như là trong videos này vậy ???????
