Any other play type Im like whoa Ive never seen that gameplay before. I swear you had to choose specific characters for specific levels. On level 4 I always chose psylock to beat that float boss with the gun.

My buddy and I played the hell out of this as kids. Never seen it played through so fast, and that Sentinel Core bug was awesome. Those glitches with Nightcrawler clipping through the states were cool as well. Impressive run.

This speed run is kinda like the first X-Men game on Genesis. Keep jump kicking with Nightcrawler, and switch to Wolverine for a few of the boss fights.

There was no focus for the music in this game lol, but the gameplay is legendary. The diversity in the characters, and even making it couch co-op made it so unique. Game still was stupid hard, and beating in 20 mins is a shame lol

@@AFrame Magneto you get to fly, shoot beams, and you have bomb move also you hardly ever get to play with a boss character Another question which character would you want in the game as a X- men and villain? For me X-men would be colossus or Bishop and the villain would be the juggernaut

Hey great - I'm glad you enjoyed it. On the leaderboard, we have the Any% category (this video) and single-character categories where you play the whole game as one character. There is some fun/neat tech with characters not used in the Any% run. We could have created a No Major Glitches category, but there wasn't much interest in that. As for 100%, I think the only thing we could add is fighting the hidden Magneto clone in the final level. How do you mean? How do you exit the level after going out of bounds? It has been a while, but I believe you have to run all the way to the right, press teleport, then keep jumping until you reach the level exit trigger.

The level exit is just below that floor and you can clip into the floor slightly to overlap with it. During most of the jump, I keep Nightcrawler's legs tucked up, but at the last moment I have them stretch out and clip into the floor.
