@renatoarauz7784 yup.... I had a conversation while I worked at sprint and a guy in management thought it was appropriate to refer to my fiance as my "baby mama".(we had no children). The worst was this time I worked as a server at Bahama Breeze. This girl I was teamed with refused to take the table and bumbed them off on me by myself because "they were black amd they won't leave us a good tip"....they left us like 25%. Oh not to mention at that same restaurant one of the managers thought that it was completely okay to come to me and complain about ever negative experience he'd ever had with a black person. Dudes from upstate NY so I know how they view us.

he allegedly sent naked picture to male co workers that were under age, and he would "flirt" with 1 co worker to the point where the other co worker felt unformattable, and could no longer work with him, not only that but he has been fired from his past jobs aka Netflix without any clear reason. So for me where there is smoke there is fire. Dude at the very minimum is a creep.

Yeah, I'm confused as to what point he was trying to make with all of this. He was making it sound like Disney was attacking him, and he quit because of it. Instead, he was fired for allegedly sending explicit pics to coworkers, yet I don't think he even addressed it.

There appears to be a lot of hath truths going around. I think this does need to go to court and then it does need to go to Discovery for us to get a better picture of what was really happening. The lawsuit filed by Beau DeMayo against Marvel doesn't mention racism or homophobia, not even harassment. It's a very simple, clear complaint that focuses only on the legality of a non-disparement provision. Beau has a very strong case and will win this, hopefully both parties will reach an honorable agreement.
