There was nothing quite like playing this game on the full 6-player cabinet with every character going in the early 90’s. The beat-em-ups from this time like X-Men, The Simpsons, TMNT, and TMNT Turtles in Time will just never be matched. I’m so glad that I grew up during when they were around. Some of the most fun I ever had as a 13-15 year old kid.

When we talk about Konami arcsde beat em ups, we usually bring up X-Men, TMNT, TMNT Turtles in Time and The Simpsons Arcade, but you also need to include Violent Storm, Metamorphic Force, Monster Maulers, Asterix and Gaiapolis which all deserve to be mentioned in the same breath. And of course for Sega there's Spider-Man The Arcade Game, Arabian Fight, Altered Beast, Bucky O'Hare, Golden Axe Revenge of Death Adder, Moonwalker and the 3D ones: Spikeout Final Edition, Slashout and Die Hard Arcade. Yes X-men is a classic arcade game in 92. Im running original here. Not much point in enhancing original arcade games they run in a very low resolution. I have a couple of shaders i use on games that need them. This game didnt really need them.
