They toned them down but for the wrong reasons though. Remember the X-men movies started the whole superhero movie craze. Producers, thinking like businessmen (supply and demand), saw Wolverine was the most popular so made it all about him. Hence Storm and most of the other X-men become two-dimensional Logan flunkies with, maybe, one line in every movie.

Bill Nye Although she's been everywhere, people don't realize how powerful she is. She's an omega level telepath (equal to Xavier and above both Rachel and Psylocke) and her diamond body has withstood blows from Hulk at one of his angriest moments, cyclops' blasts, the country of Genosha falling on her, etc (her diamond form didn't even crack from any of those).

Not entirely true. She is highly resistant to psychic attacks, but omega level telepaths like Jean, Professor X and Emma Frost have bypassed this resistance before. Emma has even done it a few times recently.

The only one who could see the Astral Projection was Storm, Wolverine and Cyclops weren't able to do that... since they weren't affected by the Shadow King, in the anime Storms says to Cyclop and Wolverine to keep him (Shadow King) away, and they ask her, where he is... and she points towards him, they say that they don't see it. However, it seems this part was cut from the edition of this video... the best parts were cut they showed only the action, not the conversation which is bad.

Physically no but Storm has shown to be one with the elements she control like it's apart her entire being where Thor seems to just use more like magic. Ororo has the power of divinity and has shown this in recent Black Panther issues and we all know she is capable of becoming a Norse God. I will say Thor and Storm on equal terms because of both have the power of a God. Thor is not immortal and he can be killed..so that makes him equal. AGain only difference between the two is physical strength and the life longevity. Also relating this to their elemental control.

His body was destroyed years ago after he lost a similar fight to Professor X. His not being in his own body for so long meant that he couldn't survive more that a couple of minutes without taking a host, something that all psychic beams need to survive.
