I think action figures are like a 10 billion dollar industry. Adults mostly buy them now so the market is way larger than past decades, where mostly kids would have to beg a parent to purchase.

You know, the four Sinisters seem to indicate that there are four powers competing for who becomes the next step in evolution. Evolution (mutants), genetic engineering (superhumans and post-humans), magic (spells, mystical items and mystical beings) and technology (advanced weapons, robots and cybernetic enhancements). That mutants have to earn their right to be the dominate species instead of thinking that they have been destined because nature doesn't really play favorites and the x-gene isn't a free pass.

Hickman's coming back, though he won't really be working on the X-books. He's doing G.O.D.S., which drops in August and is rumored to be reshuffling the cosmic entities of Marvel and will follow Dr. Strange, and then in November he's doing Ultimate Invasion which will relaunch the Ultimate universe. He did the initial work on G.O.D.S. while establishing the X-Men revamp, and some of the main characters of that event will appear in Hellfire Gala to kind of set the stage.

Surprisingly, no. Feilong, the guy who tried to be the first man on Mars and got beat out by the mutants, gained control of Stark Unlimited and started using its resources to make Stark Sentinels. According to the promo blurb for Invincible Iron Man #9, Tony's actually working with Emma and will be a key player in Fall of X (presumably on the X-Men's side.)
