Double jump. Or do you mean the location? You can't miss it. You need to cut the rope to continue.

@@lsdMyth the location itself...because im currently down in the courtyard and completed the fight with the Hunter...just trying to figure out how to get to the top level where the rope is... so i can figure out the pressure pads to open the other gate

Wow it's been years for me that I've never find those mutagens in the game only secret easter eggs like three of them well some of the mutagens that I collected but the rest I'm not 100% like I said from the beginning it's been years since I've haven't played this game
