X Men Origins Wolverine If you grew up playing this, you know whats up. I saw the gameplay leak for The Wolverine, and it made me want to revisit this classic on the old PS3. It's an underrated title indeed. As one of the few superhero games with an M Rating, it truly capitalized on that. The gameplay is reminiscent of the old-school God of War style, and it's still incredibly fun. Have you heard of this game, or better yet, did you play it growing up, or is it just me? I really think the new Wolverine game will be a mix of this and God of War. The leaked gameplay looked great as far as direction they’re going into. Also, I think you’re gonna be going from past to present in the video game. Somewhat like this

I hadn't this game but i had origins wolverine on nintendo ds. It obviouly wasn't as good as this one, but i enjoyed it a lot. Probably the first hardcore game i played and i finished it. Maybe some people won't find it that hardcore but it was at least for me. If i remember well, you had five levels but they were long, the two first levels were good, the three next hardcore and i didn't enjoyed them that much, you had moves and some outfits that you could unlock

Watching the Leaked Gameplay some of the attack animations look similar like the spin attack. Breaking Bones and dismemberment are also in the Game, but looks like the latter is only done on Trasks cyborgs? Ohh and you also have a Katana which could be fun. Gameplay looks very similar to Spider-Man (Stealth/Traversal/Clues) only with hack and slash combat.

I don't know that I'd call it underrated. When it came out, pretty much everyone agreed it was badass. People don't talk about it much anymore, but what do you expect? It's a licensed movie game that never got re-released on modern platforms. Still, fun game if you can get a hold of it. Would also recommend Ninja Gaiden 3: Razor's Edge.
