Looking at the power and torque figures, the change is many steps backward for Suzuki. The change from AT to CVT gearbox is a big deal breaker. The swift is known for its pocket rocket driving dynamics. I don't think the new swift will appeal to its audience that it intends to target. People buy a swift for it's nimble and zippy driving not to save fuel. was the old swift that bad in terms of fuel consumption That it needs a hybrid? Looks like sales wont be gd for this swift and I won't be surprise they will bring back their booster jet engine.
