Usually carpentry makes the bulk of the cost. If ur design has lots of carpentry works then it can be costly.

@@VincentChua you did not read my above post. My above post already wrote is 3-rm 68metres BTO flat unit. New flat's keys collection is in September. The HDB officer said ALL 3-rm 65 to 68 square meters BTO flats's service yard area ALL have the exact same size and the exact same length and the HDB officer said just tell any contractor is 68 square metres 3-rm BTO flat and any contractor sure will know how many panels of window is needed for the 68 square meters 3-rm BTO flat's service yard and sure will know what is the estimated size.

你好，选房子前你可以选择要还是不要拿HDB已经装修好的配套。选择要的话，那你装修的时候就不用花那么多钱，可是材料了，选择性没那么多，如果是空房子的话那就不一样，可以装修成你想要的。
