Ingredients (Diana Aw)
1. White fungus x1, soak with water for 30min, then cut smaller
2. Rock sugar appropriate amount
3. Red dates 5-6pcs, soak with hot water and remove seeds
4. Some Goji berries, soak with cold water
Ratio white fungus:water = 1bowl : 5bowls
Method
1. Place the white fungus in a pot and add water (see above ratio). Bring to boil and cook for 10min under high heat. Stir occasionally.
2. Add rock sugar and once boiled, turn to low heat and simmer for 30-40min. Then add in red dates and cook for another 10min. Turn off heat and add goji berries.
3. Serve and enjoy! 💕

上午看了马上煮,刚好都有食材。我加南北杏仁。一直以来没特别喜欢银耳糖水,把银耳剪小块吃起来口感好好哦。好吃。
