参考 Shenzhen & HK 是1国两制 Versus Iskandar & Singapore 是有两国关系. 建议 JS SEZ 会出现政治风险吗 ❓

This is a bad comparison. Shenzhen and Hong Kong share the same country so there’s no sabotage, only Shenzhen leveraging from Hong Kong. But Singapore and Malaysia are two different countries so things can change when the political parties of Malaysia changes. At the same time, people in Shenzhen and Hong Kong are both dynamic and hardworking. I think Singaporeans are hardworking but Malaysians are happy go lucky people. The result of a Singapore and Malaysia collaboration is unknown until work is done and results come in.

@@francissia4660 no matter how many rooms the HDB are renting out attached with a lot of condensation and renting out a HDB unit for the purpose of living in another country is sure not one of it, HDB rule only allows to rent out a room after staying for over 5 years, renting out a whole unit requires special permits such as they need move to parents house to take care of ill parents or have to work in another country request by the company, and can you answer me do Singaporean retired in Malaysia can enjoy the medical subsidize without a citizenship as Malaysia citizens do? If you can't understand my original comment in Chinese get a better translator before baking. Singapore citizens enjoy a minimum of 90% medical subsidize from our government and it can be up to 100% with medic fund. so any reason to give up the medical benefits government offer and go to another country for retirement not just to Malaysia same to any other countries,Before asking others to do research you should do first before humiliated yourself. kzbin.info/www/bejne/p6KYm5hqf82EiZIsi=iGp4N_TVtEf3XmHD

@@shadowj3311 Is a routine for Singaporean to rent out whole unit. Like my floor got two units rent out. Below got two units occupy by pilipino. It is a normal to stay after five years to rent out. For Singaporean to retire or stay in Johor esp bukit indah about 60% retired or stay there. It is common for Singaporean to retire in jb. For medical benefits of course cannot get what local is getting. I remember cpf saving medical can use in certain private in jb or kl if I am not wrong. Are you sure Singapore govt covers full 95 or 100% medical. You need to have medical insurance and the premium is well high. From my understanding in Malaysia local do not fully covered as well. They have to pay lot much unless they are treated in local hospital. If you are referring to paying Rm1 for hospital or govt clinic then that is their provillage. I do understand chinese only but better write it in English to have better explanation.

@@francissia4660 I myself already applied for medic fund and they cover 100% of my medical fee, btw do some research on your own country law, with effect on 2024 all Malaysia PR requires to have income outside of Malaysia with a monthly income of 9500 US$ if retired still have income? and even renting out a whole unit of HDB won't get that much. Understand Singapore HDB policy first, Singapore HDB policy is designed for every Singaporean to own a home (居者有其屋)not for Singaporean to invest and make profit out of it, those cases you mentioned is either they required the conditions for special permits or rent out illegally, once the HDB found out will request them to give up the unit return to the by HDB by selling back to the government or sell to others who need a home.
